Then I re-installed Autostar Suite, but when going into Envisage I just get the grey square where presumably an image of some leaves should be. I did that and put in the five digit code, but it says there were various different releases of the webcam which it thinks my LPI device is, so I'm a bit stuck on that one.

I'm new to this, so if anyone can help at all I would be really grateful as it's doing my head in.

But the first thing I did after re-installing the "Trust Webcam" drivers is I downloaded Yawcam, just to see if the camera was working. Powered by vBulletin Version 3. Thanks for your ideas so far - at least I'm going be able to get something through a webcam program if nothing else, but it would be nice to have Autostar up and running properly.

So open regedit and search for trust webcam and change it to Meade lpi, press F3 to search through the full registry for all instances of the trust webcam, changing them all to Meade lpi as you go.

You may accept the default directory or create your own directory path. Do you know how people windiws test the LPI out? This morning I uninstalled the lot camera and Autostar Suite and tried again. The following procedure is also found on the printed Quick Start Guide supplied with this product. A window displays that tells you that Autostar Suite has been installed. I've searched the web windwos I can't find anything, not that I'm an expert in searching.

Not much in the way neade images, just differences in brightness and shading. Forgive me for being a complete amateur, but is there something I should now do to "initiate" the camera so that I get an image?

I have put the LPI back into the USB, and although nothing is showing on the image part of the Envisage screen it's just blank greyI now have the red light permanently on at the back of the camera, which must be good news!

This file is very large and takes up a large amount of memory.
